PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

Our production techniques allow us to develop exclusive bespoke glasses for drinks’ brands and other market segments. Features like embossing, feeder-colour or stackabilty, are added values when it comes to customizing existing shapes. LC Glass currently owns three different production processes, that are ideal for customiza tion purposes. The blown process includes pressed-blown and fix-blown, while pressed has three options (block-mold, split-mold and tulip-mold), and two-piece stemware that combines both processes (blown bowl & pressed stem).

SIDEWALL EMBOSSING

Embossing is the most common way to customize glassware. Brands often create signature glasses by reproducing its logos embossed in the sidewalls of a glass. Available in fixed-blown and pressed techniques, it can be applied in a wide range of items, from tumblers to stemware, mugs or any other shape.

glass lab Our Glass Lab offers the possibility to create original exclusive designs, through a multitude of customization techniques. Customers can count on our experienced marketing and design team to come-up with original solutions, that turn into clear branding statements. We can create a totally new design, make a new combination between bowl and stem, or customize an existing shape by switching part of the mold (bottom, footplate, or plunger).

Pressed tumblers or mugs can be customized with a lower investment. By switching only part of the mold (bottom) we can turn a standard shape BOTTOM EMBOSSING

into an exclusive branded item. Fix-blown items and two-piece stemware can also be branded on the base.

Custom-made glass design is an important marketing tool to many brands, especially in the drinks industry.
