AnDer - the best glass for brewers and beer lovers!
AnDer is a co-creation between Royal Leerdam and Dutch beer experts to develop the ideal glass to smell, taste, evaluate and drink beer. Carefully designed by our former glass designer, Alfred De Groot, under the precious guidelines from Andre Koppen (beer sommelier) and Derek Walsh (beer consultant), AnDer beer taster matches the most exigent requirements of beer professionals. Ander’s beautiful design goes hand-in-hand with its functionality. The wide tulip-shaped bowl, with a narrow top, makes it ideal to optimally judge the flavour, aroma, colour, clarity and foam concentration of different beer styles.
The long-lasting collaboration between LC Glass and Deltagrup has led us to overcome countless challenges together, allowing us to build a solid and reliable relationship. The huge success of this collaboration has encouraged us to develop two additional shapes, perfect for savouring craft beers. This bigger capacity is available in its original short stem and also in a tall stem version for a more dramatic statement.
A great example of teamwork is expressed in the next video, introducing all the stages of development of signature glasses for an international spirits’ brand, from concept to production.

Often, there are projects that challenge our technical capabilities, but working closely together, we have been able to surpass those limitations and obtain great achievements, opening new market opportunities. This was the case of the Copacabana glass, which responded to the demand from major spirits brands for large-capacity stemware to serve mixed drinks. This type of glass, which was born from the needs of the Iberian market, is now expanding to many other parts of the world.
